🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
  
  

Reverse Shipping Charges:

• A ₹250/- per piece reverse shipping charge will be deducted.
  
  

Exchange Method:

• No cash or bank refund will be provided.
• A Store Coupon / Store Credit will be issued after the return is approved.
• The store coupon can be used to purchase any product from our store in the future.

• Free Exchanges are allowed only for defective products.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, a Cash will be issued instead.

🚚 Return Pickup

• Return pickup will be arranged only after approval of the return request.
• Parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
