🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and invoice intact.

🚚 Reverse Shipping Charges

• A ₹250/- per piece reverse shipping charge will be deducted.

💳 Exchange Method

• No cash or bank refund will be provided.
• A Store Coupon / Store Credit will be issued after approval.
• The coupon can be used for future purchases.
• Free exchange is allowed only for defective products.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

📦 Return Pickup

• Return pickup will be arranged only after approval.
• Parcels sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
